Israeli forces seize 4000-square-meters of tiles near Nablus city

NABLUS, Tuesday, February 19, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli forces seized around 4000-square-meters of tiles from inside an exhibition in the al-Masudiya area, northwest of Nablus city, in the occupied West Bank, under the pretext the exhibition is located in Area C of the West Bank, which is under full Israeli military occupation.

Khaled Tamimi, who runs the exhibition, told WAFA a number of Israeli military jeeps, accompanied by two trucks, raided the exhibition and seized around 4000-square-meters of tiles worth NIS 100,000 (approximately $27,600).

Israeli forces reportedly raided the exhibition last Thursday and verbally ordered Tamimi to remove the tiles. They returned on Sunday and gave him 24 hours to evict the site, however, Tamimi said he was only able to remove 2000 meters out of the 6000 tiles there.
