NABLUS, Friday, February 08, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Friday shut down sections of Nablus-Ramallah highway, also known as Route 60, as dozens of illegal Jewish are taking part in a marathon organized at the arterial road, according to Palestinian security sources.
As a result of the closure, Palestinian traffic would be denied access the major road until the marathon is done by Friday evening. Palestinian vehicles have also to use longer detours, some of them unpaved, in order to reach neighboring villages and towns in the region.
