RAMALLAH, Friday, February 08, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is partially cloudy and relatively cold in daytime and gets colder at nighttime with a slight drop in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are southwesterly to westerly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 13°C and a low of 8°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 12°C and a low of 7°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 11°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Temperature is expected to drop further on Saturday and rain is likely to fall in many areas, to be accompanied by occasional thunderstorms.

Rain and thunderstorms are also expected for Sunday but with no significant change in temperature.

A little chance of scattered rain showers is expected for Monday yet with a slight rise in temperature.
