JENIN, January 15, 2018 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians suffered on Monday from suffocation during clashes that broke out with Israeli forces in the town of Qabatiya, to the south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources said fierce clashes erupted between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces that fired tear gas and sound bombs towards the protests resulting in several suffocation cases.

Soldiers also raided and ransacked dozens of stores and homes in the town and seized surveillance cameras.

Meanwhile, forces also raided the village of Zebda, southwest of Jenin, and seized camera recordings from a home and a store.
