JERICHO, June 4, 2025 (WAFA) – A 13-year-old Palestinian boy was shot and injured by Israeli forces early Wednesday during a military raid in the city of Jericho, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.

The child sustained a gunshot wound to the leg during an Israeli incursion into the Arab neighborhood of the city and was later transferred to a hospital for treatment.

Israeli forces also raided the nearby Aqbat Jabr refugee camp and the Ain al-Sultan camp in northern Jericho before withdrawing from the area.
