HEBRON, January 5, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday delivered a stop-construction order for a Palestinian home in Tarqumia, a town west of Hebron in the south of the West Bank.
Israeli forces and officers from the so-called “Civil Administration” handed Ala Qa‘qur, owner of the house, an order to stop construction on his home, the second in three months, under the pretext it was being built in Area C, which is under full Israeli military control.
Israel prevents Palestinians living in Area C, which makes up more than 60 percent of the area of the West Bank and which is under full Israeli military control, from building anything on their land.
