Israeli forces detain 17 Palestinians, seize computers from Hebron company

RAMALLAH, November 7, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained 17 Palestinians during overnight raid and search campaigns conducted in the West Bank and East Jerusalem and seized computers from a Hebron-based advertising company, Palestinian security and official sources said on Monday.

Israeli forces detained seven Palestinians in Ramallah and al-Bireh district, including a teenager.

Israeli soldiers also detained three Palestinians, including four aged 14, 15 and 16, after raiding and searching their family homes in the Bethlehem area.

The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said an Israeli military force detained an 18-year-old Palestinian after raiding his family home in the Tulkarm area town of Bal’a.

Meanwhile, Israeli police detained two Palestinian youths after raiding and searching their family homes in Issawiya, in East Jerusalem.

Three others were detained by the police in the Jerusalem area.

In the meantime, Israeli soldiers broke into al-Manar Advertising Company in the center of Hebron and seized computers. No reason was given for the raid.
