Agricultural shed demolished in Hebron area village, residents’ work stopped

HEBRON, October 10, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Monday demolished an agricultural shed in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and handed residents orders to stop construction and land rehabilitation, according to a local activist.

Coordinator of the popular committees against the apartheid wall and settlements, Rateb Jabour, told WAFA that forces demolished an agricultural shed owned by Mousa al-Adra, a village resident.

Forces also handed Mahmoud al-Adra a notice ordering him to stop the construction work on his home in Masafer Yatta.

They further barred Mohammed al-Adra from building on his land and demolished the newly-laid concrete foundation.

Another resident, Jamal al-Adra, was ordered to stop rehabilitating his land under the pretext it is located in an area where the Israeli military prohibits work.
