PEX report: Index up at start of trading week

NABLUS, October 9, 2016 (WAFA) – The ‘Al-Quds Index‘ of the Palestine Exchange closed Sunday’s trading at 519.03 points, up by 0.96 points (0.19%) compared to the last trading session, according to the PEX daily report.

A total of 361,905 shares were traded with a value of $643,776.81 executed during 72 transactions.

Shares of 14 companies were traded; share price decreased in seven companies, whereas it decreased in three others.

Top five gainers are NIC by (4.07%), AIB by (1.33%), WATANIYA by (1.19%), PADICO by (0.87%), and PEC by (0.83%).

Meanwhile, the three decliners are GMC by (-6.15%), APIC by (-1.1%), and PALTEL by (-0.39%).
