RAMALLAH, September 24, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Saturday detained three Palestinian youths from the Ramallah, as well as summoned three others from the Bethlehem area for interrogation, according to local and security sources.
Forces detained three Palestinians during a military raid into the village of Beit Loqya to the west of Ramallah. Israeli reports claimed that the youths hurled stones at passing Israeli settlers’ vehicles.
Meanwhile, forces summoned three other Palestinians, including an elderly, from across the Bethlehem area to appear before the Israeli intelligence for questioning.
In the meantime, the Palestinian Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission, reported that Israel has detained at least one thousand children, ranging between the ages of 11 and 18, since the beginning of the year 2016, recording an increase by 80% when compared to 2015.
