Israeli army opens fire at homes along Gaza border

GAZA, September 21, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Wednesday opened gunfire at Palestinian homes along the borderline area to the east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, sources said. No injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, Israeli naval boats late Tuesday night attacked Palestinian fishermen with gunfire, despite sailing within the designated fishing zone off the Gaza shore. No injuries were reported.

Israeli army and navy routinely open fire at Palestinian fishermen and farmlands along the Gaza border in a blatant violation of a ceasefire deal reached between Israel and the Palestinian factions in Gaza on August 26, 2014 following 51 days of bloody aggression on the Strip.
