RAMALLAH, July 31, 2016 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is hot, with a slight rise in temperatures to become above the seasonal average by almost 4 degrees Celsius, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Winds are northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
A further rise in temperature is expected on Monday, remaining generally hot and above the seasonal average by around 5 degrees Celsius.
No significant change in temperature is expected on Tuesday.
A minor drop in temperature is expected on Wednesday, yet remaining above theannual average by almost 3 degrees Celsius.
The weather department warned against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially during the peak hours between 11:00am and 4:00pm.
