RAMALLAH, April 13, 2016 (WAFA) – Occasionally rainy weather accompanied by a cold front, and with cloudy to partially cloudy skies, are predicted on Wednesday, according to the Palestine Meteorological Department.
Temperatures are expected to stay lower than seasonal average by around 5 degrees Celsius. Scattered rainfall is likely on different areas, to be accompanied by thunderstorms at times.
Winds are northwesterly to southwesterly and moderate to active sometimes, and sea waves are low to medium.
PMD warned about the possibility of flooding in valleys and in low areas, as well about the low visibility.
On Thursday, partially cloudy skies are expected, yet with a rise in temperatures which remain 2-3 degrees Celsius lower than seasonal average, and with a little chance of scattered rains on some areas.
On Friday, partially cloudy to clear skies are expected to prevail, accompanied by another rise in temperatures to become around the seasonal average.
Temperatures are expected to rise further on Saturday, approaching about four degrees Celsius over annual average.
