BEIRUT, April 28, 2026 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation army has warned residents of 16 villages in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon to evacuate, in preparation for shelling locations there.

According to the National News Agency, the occupation army notified residents of the villages and towns of Ghandouriyeh, Burj Qalawiya, Qalawiya, Sawana, Jmeijmeh, Safad al-Batikh, Barashit, Shaqra, Aita al-Jabal, Tibnin, Sultaniyeh, Bir al-Salasil, Kfardounin, Khirbet Selm, Selaa, and Deir Kifa, ordering them to immediately evacuate their homes and move away from the designated area towards the Sidon district.

The occupation army continues to issue frequent, almost daily, warnings to residents in southern Lebanon to evacuate and flee their homes.
