HEBRON, October 27, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained four children and beat their grandparents on Tuesday in the Old City of Hebron, according to a local activist.
Activist Aref Jaber said Israeli occupation forces, which have closed the Salaymeh neighborhood and imposed a siege on the Old City, beat four children from the area near the Salaymeh checkpoint, detained them at one of their centers in the Old City, near the entrance to the Ibrahimi Mosque, and interrogated them.
He added that Israeli occupation forces also beat the children’s grandparents after they tried to prevent the soldiers from detaining their grandchildren.
