BRUSSELS, April 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Natural gas prices in Europe fell by 20% at the start of trading on Wednesday, following the two-week ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran.
The price of the Dutch TTF gas contract, a benchmark in Europe, dropped to €42.50, down from its highest levels, amid concerns about supply disruptions in the Gulf due to the conflict.
