RAMALLAH, December 12, 2025 (WAFA) – Palestine continues to be affected by a low-pressure system bringing cold, rainy, and unstable weather across the country, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department. Temperatures remain unchanged, with widespread rainfall expected throughout the day. The rain will be heavy at times and accompanied by occasional thunderstorms. 

In the evening and night, the low-pressure system will gradually begin to retreat, fully dissipating by late night. Skies will stay partly cloudy and cold in most areas, with a chance of light rain in some regions.  

On Saturday, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy and cold, particularly in the mountainous areas, with no significant change in temperatures. A slight chance of rain remains in some parts of the country.  

Sunday’s weather will continue to be partly cloudy and cold, especially over the highlands, with temperatures remaining stable.  

By Monday, a noticeable drop in temperatures is expected, with partly cloudy and cold conditions prevailing, especially in the highlands. Rain is forecast to fall over various regions.  

The meteorological department warned of potential flood formation in valleys and low-lying areas, slippery roads, reduced visibility, and strong winds during the period of unstable weather.
