NAZARETH, November 28, 2025 (WAFA) – In light of the continued, unprecedented surge in crime and violence within the Arab community inside Israel, which has resulted in the killing of 236 people since the beginning of the year, Nazareth on Friday witnessed a new shooting incident.
Since the start of this month alone, 20 killing crimes have been recorded, amid figures showing that more than 191 people were killed by gunfire, including 117 victims under the age of 30, among them six children under 18, as well as 21 women, in addition to 13 cases involving Israeli police.
These alarming numbers highlight the deepening crisis of violence in the Arab community, in view of the Israeli police’s complicity and failure to fulfill their role in combating crime and holding perpetrators accountable.
A twenty-four-year-old girl was seriously injured after being shot in Nazareth today.
