RAMALLAH, May 11, 2025 (WAFA) - Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa stressed on Sunday that ending the Israeli occupation, ensuring the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and realizing the establishment of the independent Palestinian state are the only path to achieving peace and stability in the region.
“We seek to stop the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, end the suffering of our people, and begin the reconstruction process,” the Prime Minister said.
His remarks came during a meeting in Ramallah with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul, held in the presence of Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Varsen Shaheen and German Representative to Palestine Oliver Owcza.
Prime Minister Mustafa reiterated the Palestinian Government’s unwavering commitment to all peaceful and diplomatic avenues to achieve the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people. He urged greater international pressure to end the killings, destruction, forced displacement, and ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people.
