Three Palestinians injured in attacks by Israeli colonists near Jericho

JERICHO, September 11, 2026 (WAFA) — Three Palestinians were injured and two vehicles were damaged on Friday in attacks by Israeli colonists in the Al-Auja waterfalls area and along the Al-Ma'rajat road in the Jericho governorate, east of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its teams in Jericho treated two Palestinians who were beaten by Israeli colonists in the Al-Auja waterfalls area, north of Jericho. The two injured Palestinians were transferred to hospital for treatment.

Meantime, Palestinian security sources told WAFA that Israeli colonists also hurled stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling along the Al-Ma'rajat road west of Jericho, injuring one Palestinian and damaging two vehicles, whose windows were shattered.

The incidents come amid an increase in attacks by Israeli colonists against Palestinians and their property across the occupied West Bank.
