RAMALLAH, Tuesday, October 10, 2023 (WAFA) – Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Hussein al-Sheikh said Tuesday that the Palestinian leadership is working with world leaders to stop the war immediately.
He said in a post published on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the leadership also called for food and medical supplies to be taken to the Gaza Strip.
"The Palestinian leadership, headed by Mr. President Abu Mazen, has conducted and is continuing intensive contacts with all world leaders to stop this devastating war immediately, and to stop the cascade of bloodshed, astonishing destruction, and forced displacement. The leadership called for urgent food and medical supplies to be brough into the Gaza Strip," he said.
