BETHLEHEM, November 1, 2026 (WAFA) – Occupation forces seized a number of camels today, Sunday, in the village of Al-Rashayda, east of Bethlehem.
Bakr Rashayda, head of the Al-Rashayda Village Council, told our correspondent that occupation forces raided the wilderness area of Al-Rashayda and seized 20 camels belonging to local residents Ali Nasser Rashayda and Ali Falah Rashayda. The forces also imposed a fine of 30,000 shekels on each of the owners as a condition for the return of the animals.
Rashayda noted that, in recent times, the occupation forces have intensified their attacks against livestock herders in Al-Rashayda, preventing them from accessing grazing areas and seizing various numbers of camels and sheep.
