RAMALLAH, Thursday, June 22, 2023 (WAFA) – Ireland said it was alarmed by Israeli settlers’ terror attacks in the occupied West Bank and called for measures to protect the Palestinian population.
“Alarmed by developments in the West Bank, including Turmus Ayya. Call on Israel to take genuine measures to protect the Palestinian population from terror attacks by settlers, in line with obligations under IHL (International Humanitarian Law). All perpetrators must be held accountable, all civilians protected,” the Irish Representative Office in Ramallah said in a tweet.
