RAMALLAH, Wednesday, December 02, 2020 (WAFA) – Civil Affairs Minister Hussein al-Sheikh announced today that the Israeli government has transferred over $1 billion of clearance fund dues to the Palestinian Authority’s account.
“The Israeli government transfers all financial dues of the clearance to the account of the Palestinian Authority, amounting to three billion and 768 million shekels,” al-Sheikh tweeted.
Speaking to WAFA, al-Sheikh said transferring the clearance funds was the outcome of prolonged dialogue and discussion with the relevant Palestinian authorities.
