GAZA, November 2, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from the war of extermination waged by Israeli occupation forces against the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,609 fatalities and 175,872 injured since October 7, 2023.

Medical sources stated in a report released today, Monday, that hospitals in the Gaza Strip have received 15 fatalities and 38 injured individuals over the past 48 hours.

The report indicated that the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, has reached 1,593, with 5,748 injuries, while 847 bodies have been recovered. It noted that many victims remain trapped under rubble or lying on roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.

Furthermore, it was noted that 18 slain people have been added to the cumulative death toll following the verification and approval of their records by the Martyrs’ Accreditation Committee, marking the first such update since the previous addition to the statistics on October 24, 2026.
