RAMALLAH, Tuesday, August 11, 2020 (WAFA) – Palestine today morning recorded a new COVID-19 fatality in the occupied territories, raising the death toll since the pandemic outbreak in the occupied territories to 112.

The Health Ministry announced that a 21-year-old young woman died due to the highly contagious virus at the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah city.

According to the latest coronavirus data, the confirmed cases in the occupied territories (West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and Gaza) reached 19,121.

Out of the 19,121 cases, 14,429 are recorded in the West Bank, 81 in the Gaza Strip and 4,611 in East Jerusalem.

Recoveries have totaled 10,823, including 2,778 in Jerusalem, leaving a total of 8,186 active cases.
