WEST BANK, September 22, 2010 (WAFA) – The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested late night and early morning 16 citizens from the West Bank cities of Nablus, Bethlehem Hebron and Jenin .
Local sources said thatlast night IOF attacked Nablus, arresting 7 citizens ,two of them are Ra’ed Sayegh from al Jabal al Shamali and Ramzi Afouni from Ras al Aien .Moreover, other sources reported that IOF arrested 5 citizens this morning from Bethlehem, as well Jihad AL-Rajabi, 23, from Hebron at Container checkpoint.
According to a security source, IOF raided Hossan village in western Bethlehem and arrested Mohammed Hamamreh, 21, after constricting his home, as well as Hassoneh Shokeh from Wadi Shaheen.
Israeli military has arrested today 3 citizens from Kofura’i and Faqu’aa villages of Jenin province, they also handed in notification to another person in order to meet Israeli intelligence.
Security sources told WAFA that IOF arrested Ahmad Lafi Salami, 19, after attacking his home in search of his brother Hilmi who wasn’t at home. They handed the family a convocation for him to present at Salem intelligence centre near Jenin. Yet, they arrested Mohammed Ahmed Khdour, 19 , from the same village , on Al karame bridge while he was coming back home.
