GAZA, July 13, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 19 Palestinians, including a young girl, were killed and several others injured on Sunday following a series of Israeli airstrikes that struck homes and displacement tents across the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that 10 people were killed when Israeli warplanes bombed a home belonging to the Al-Arbeed family in the Al-Sawarha area, west of Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
In western Gaza City, five more people were killed and others wounded after an airstrike targeted a residential home on Hamid Street.
In Al-Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City, a young girl was killed and several others injured when a home belonging to the Al-Dayeh family, near the Islamic Complex Mosque, was struck by an Israeli airstrike.
Meanwhile in the south of the Gaza Strip, the Nasser Medical Complex confirmed the killing of three Palestinians in an Israeli airstrike on a displacement tent in Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis.
Earlier, two Palestinians were also killed and others injured in a strike on a house near Al-Amal Hospital in western Khan Younis.
In addition to the aerial assaults, Israeli forces detonated several residential buildings in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of eastern Gaza City, causing extensive destruction to property and further displacing residents.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 57,882 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 138,095 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
