RAMALLAH, July 12, 2025 (WAFA) – Armed Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian shepherds on Saturday evening in the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, stealing nearly 80 sheep, according to local sources.
Sayel Kanaan, head of the Burqa Village Council, told WAFA that a group of armed colonists assaulted shepherds in the Al-Hadib area on the western outskirts of the village.
During the attack, the colonists fired live ammunition toward the shepherds and forcibly stole approximately 80 sheep belonging to a local Palestinian family.
