GAZA, July 13, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians were killed and others wounded today as Israeli occupation forces continued their airstrikes and shelling on the Gaza Strip, as part of the ongoing genocidal war on the region that has been going on for 646 consecutive days.
Medical sources reported the arrival of one fatality and multiple injuries following an Israeli strike on the Zaytoun neighborhood in southeaster Gaza City.
In southern Gaza, a child was killed and 10 others injured after an Israeli drone targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in Al-Sumoud Camp, located in Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, according to staff at Nasser Medical Complex.
Elsewhere, a Palestinian identified as Mohammad al-Najjar was shot dead and others were injured by Israeli forces in the Al-Shakoush area northwest of Rafah.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 57,882 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 138,095 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
