Al-Doha, March 31, 2009 (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas expressed, Tuesday, hope in the success of the national dialogue sessions, to be held, Wednesday, in Cairo despite the obstacles in the way of Palestinian reconciliation.
The president told Al-Sharq Qatari newspaper that the national dialogue was launched in Cairo a while ago, and were very fruitful, because all controversial issues were discussed. He added, however, that some of these issues are still unsolved, because they are very critical.
He explained that these controversial issues are related to forming the government, the Palestinian Liberation Organization commitments, the legislative and presidential elections and security issues.
