Phone Call between President Abbas, UN Secretary-General
RAMALLAH, May 17, 2007, (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas and the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, talked Thursday on a phonecall.
During their call, Abbas briefed Ki-moon about the latest developments in the Palestinian territory and the Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people.
President called on the UN Secretary-General to work on ending the Israeli escalation as well as to end the international siege imposed against the Palestinian people.
