RAMALLAH, May 17, 2007, (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas and King Abdullah II of Jordan talked Thursday on a phonecall.

Abbas briefed Abdullah II about the latest developments in the Palestinian territory and the Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people.

President also mentioned to the economic crisis the Palestinian people live as a result of the international siege and the exerted efforts to end the siege.
