President Receives US Consul General in Jerusalem
RAMALLAH, May 14, 2007, (WAFA)-President Mahmoud Abbas received on Monday the US Consul General in Jerusalem, Mr. Jake Walles, in the presidential HQ in Ramallah city.
During the meeting, the President briefed Walles on the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and the exerted efforts to end international siege imposed on the Palestinian people as well as the ways to revive the peace process in the region.
