Heath Study: Apartheid Wall Reduces 65% of Health Services for Palestinians
CAIRO, May 13, 2007, (WAFA)- A health study revealed Sunday that the Israel's Apartheid Wall restricts 65% of health services for Palestinian families live behind the Wall in the West Bank.
The study, the Arab Ministers of Health discuss today in Cairo, says that 69 Palestinian women got babies at Israeli check points along with the Apartheid Wall.
It added that 35 babies and 5 women died at the checkpoints.
The study warned that the Palestinian health sector faces a real disaster due to the international siege which restricts the heath services including distributing medicine and movements of medical crews.
