UAE Affirms its Support to Mideast Peace Process
ABU DHABI, May 12, 2007 (WAFA) - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday voiced its support for the international efforts to revive the peace process in the Middle East.
In a meeting with the visiting US Vice President Dick Cheney, UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan said his country was keen to see the moribund peace process in the region revived, as provided for in the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
