Al-Barghouthi Warns of Israeli Plan against Al-Aqaba Village in WB
RAMALLAH, May 12, 2007 (WAFA) - Minister of Information, Mustafa al-Bagrhouthi warned Saturday of the Israeli plans against al-Aqaba village in the West Bank(WB) city of Tobas.
In a statement, al-Barghouthi said that Israeli Occupation authorities handed over six citizens notification to demolish their houses, adding that the total notifications reached to 28 ones, including public institutions, such as al-Anal al-Sihi clinic, al-Haq kindergarten, rural women Assembly and the villages' mosque.
Al-Barghouthi considered that the Israeli authorities' act against al-Aqaba village aims at displacing its residents and confiscating their lands for military and colonial purposes within the framework of the Israeli plan to annex Al-Aghwar area.
