Pregnant Woman Loses Baby in Nablus
NABLUS, May 10, 2007, (WAFA)- A 6-month-old fetus died Thursday and his mother was critically wounded when Israeli soldiers shot her in Ain Beit Elma Refugee Camp in Nablus, medics and witnesses said.
Medical sources said that a gunshot penetrated from the back of Maha Qatoni 30, to her uterus killing the fetus.
The uncle of the pregnant woman, Ribhi Qatoni, said that she was in the bedroom when she was hit with gunshot.
Witnesses said that IOF thrust into Ain Beit Elma amidst intensive fire and attacked several houses causing damages.
