RAMALLAH, Wednesday, July 15, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is clear in general and hot in some areas and very hot in others with temperature 4°C above the average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 21°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 31°C and a low of 20°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 41°C and a low of 28°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

A slight drop in temperature is expected for tomorrow, Thursday, which remains 3°C above the annual average.

Another drop in temperature is expected on Friday to become around the annual average.

However, temperature rises again on Saturday to become 4°C above the average, said the PMD, which warned people against long exposure to direct sunlight today during the peak day hours.
