RAMALLAH, Wednesday, May 20, 2020 (WAFA) - Palestine confirmed Wednesday evening seven new coronavirus cases, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the occupied territories to 577.
Health Ministry announced that seven Palestinians tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ministry announced that two Palestinian expatriates died due to the novel coronavirus, raising the total fatalities among Palestinians in the diaspora to 89.
It identified the two fatalities as a Palestinian residing in the United Arab Emirates and another in the US.
It added that the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases among Palestinians in the diaspora increased to 1,579, including 751 recovery cases.
