RAMALLAH, Monday, May 18, 2020 (WAFA) – A 3-month-old infant from the village of Beit Ula, south of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and who was placed in intensive care early this morning after he was found infected with coronavirus is in stable condition, today said Palestinian Minister of Health Mai Alkaila.
She said in a statement that the medical staff a special corona center treated the infant through the night until his case was stabilized.
She said the infant was infected by his father, who got the disease during his work inside Israel.
The Ministry of Health said yesterday that five cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Beit Ula and that it was trying to contain the disease in the village and surrounding areas.
