RAMALLAH, Saturday, May 16, 2020 (WAFA) – Minster of Health Mai Alkaila confirmed today 12 recoveries from COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Palestine, raising the total cases of recovery to 443, which represents 80 percent of the overall coronavirus cases.

She said of the 12 recovery cases, 10 were in Ramallah and two in occupied Jerusalem.

The Health Minister added that today is the ninth day with no new coronavirus cases documented in all the govenrorates of Palestine, with the exception of occupied Jerusalem.

She said the number of the overall cases of coronavirus has stood at 554, including the 443 recoveries, adding that 18,971 people are now undergoing home quarantine.

Alkaila said all the active cases are now in a stable health condition and none of them were placed in the ICU.
