HEBRON, September 19, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Monday shot dead an unidentified Palestinian and injured another after an alleged stabbing attack in Hebron in the south of the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
Witnesses said Israeli forces stationed near the Ibrahimi mosque (Cave of the Patriarchs) opened fire at two Palestinians killing one and injuring the other.
Israeli reports claimed the Palestinians attempted to stab Israeli soldiers.
The condition of the injured was not immediately known.
Three other Palestinians were shot and killed in Hebron since Friday in alleged attacks against Israelis.
