RAMALLAH, June 2, 2018 (WAFA) - Fatah movement‘s spokesman and member of its Revolutionary Council Osama al-Qawasmi, criticized the US for vetoing a UN Security Council resolution calling for the protection of  Palestinians, slamming the US position as shameful and immoral.

The Fatah official said the US veto contradicts with international law and consensus, and represents a stand with the executioner "Israel" against the victim: the Palestinian people.

Qawasmi said America and Israel take turns attacking the Palestinian people; stating that America provides Israel with the necessary protection in international organizations while Israel commits all forms of aggression against the Palestinians, including the killings and field executions, land expropriation and the construction of the apartheid wall.

He called on the world countries to unify in the face of this joint American-Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, the international law, and all international institutions.
