RAMALLAH, July 30, 2017 (WAFA) – Minister of Foreign affairs Riyad al-Malki Sunday announced that Fatou Bensouda, the International Criminal Court‘s chief prosecutor will receive in the upcoming days a referral on the Israeli settlements’ file to the ICC.
Al-Malki told Voice of Palestine that the Palestinian side is awaiting Bensouda’s office to schedule a meeting to deliver the referral as well as a request to join several international organizations and treaties.
He said a list was submitted to the leadership to choose the treaties and organizations best to join in the near future.
