HEBRON, December 10, 2015
(WAFA) – Israeli settlers Thursday verbally assaulted a number of students and
teachers and denied them access to their school in Hebron’s Old City
neighborhood, according to local sources.
Noura Nassar, a school’s
principal, told WAFA an extremist Israeli settler, known as Cohin, verbally
assaulted students and attempted to block their access to school, after they
passed through an Israeli-controlled checkpoint near the illegal settlement of
Beit Hadasa in the city.
Witnesses added that
students were horrified by the assault, and were forced to use an alternative
unpaved road to reach their school.
