RAMALLAH, December 6, 2015 (WAFA) – Israeli army forces Sunday shot and injured an unidentified Palestinian man during clashes in Silwad, northeast of Ramallah.
WAFA’s correspondent said the man has been injured with two bullets in the abdomen and foot and has been transferred to the Palestinian Medical Complex in Ramallah for urgent medical treatment.
His condition is classified as moderate, according to medical resources.
Since early October 2015, clashes between Palestinians and Israeli soldiers and police have been skyrocketing in the West Bank including Jerusalem, Gaza and Israel, fueled by Israel’s continuous attempts to divide al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem between Muslims and Jews.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the death toll among Palestinians reached 114, including 24 minors and five women, in addition to at least 13,500 injuries since early October 2015.
