RAMALLAH, December 11, 2013 (WAFA) – High winds up to 70 km/h,
torrential rain and floods on low areas accompanied by cold front are affecting
the country on Wednesday, according to the Palestine Weather Service.
On Thursday, another drop in temperature is expected with heavy rain on different parts of the West Bank and Gaza accompanied by thunderstorms and hail at times.
Snow on mountains and high areas 800 meters above sea level
is likely on Thursday evening, and winds are active, south to westerly.
The same conditions prevail on Friday until Saturday, when the
influence of low pressure is expected to decline gradually.
