GAZA, June 12, 2025 (WAFA) – Eight Palestinians were killed on Thursday afternoon in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting several areas across the Gaza Strip, including Gaza City, Jabalia refugee camp, and Khan Younis, according to medical sources.
Four civilians were killed and others wounded in a strike on the al-Maqousi towers area in northwestern Gaza City. Two more were killed in an attack on the Bir al-Naja area west of Jabalia in northern Gaza, while another two lost their lives in the Batin al-Samin area south of Khan Younis.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 103 Palestinians were killed and 427 injured in the past 24 hours alone, as Israel's ongoing military assault continues.
Since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, the death toll in Gaza has climbed to 55,207, with 127,821 wounded, in what has become one of the deadliest and most destructive campaigns in the territory’s history.
