RAMALLAH, July 18, 2026 (WAFA) -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned the Iranian attack targeting the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, describing it as a blatant violation of Iraq's sovereignty and a breach of international law that threatens regional security and stability.

In a statement, the ministry reaffirmed the State of Palestine's full solidarity with Iraq and expressed support for all efforts aimed at safeguarding the country's sovereignty, preserving its security and stability, and preventing further escalation and tension in the region.
